I am so excited that you are interested in working in joining my senior spokesmodel team! I started this program over 2 years ago and I can't believe I'm about to have my THIRD team!
I have a huge heart for high school senior girls and their big dreams. Joining this team is more than just getting a ton of photos –– it's about creating a lifelong relationship with me and an entire group of girls from schools throughout Central Kentucky.
What does a ASP Senior Rep Do?
INDIVIDUAL SENIOR PHOTOS
(ALL ABOUT YOU!
Every senior gets their own individual session scheduled sometime during the year. You'll have the same experience as all #ASPSeniors with a day just about you, your personality, and making your dream photos happen! We plan these sessions between the two of us so you get exactly what you're looking for.
GROUP PHOTOSHOOTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
This is usually everyone's favorite part! We have multiple photoshoots throughout the year (depending on my availability) to make sure that you constantly have photos to share and are getting the most out of your senior year. We also have other smaller events to get together because making friends is a huge part of the program!
REPRESENT MY BUSINESS/MARKETING
A huge responsibility for being on the team is marketing! This just means sharing your photos, participating in making videos, and telling everyone how much you're loving being on the team! It is important to me that I choose girls who represent myself and my business!
ASP Senior Representive FAQ
WHAT ARE GROUP SESSIONS AND WHAT HAPPENS AT THEM?
A.The group sessions are my favorite part! We have one during the summer that is our kick-off event/meet and greet where I bring everyone's t-shirt and we take photos for me to introduce the team!
Other group sessions throughout the year are usually planned as a team. We talk about what everyone really wants and thinks is cute and then plan them accordingly. Of course it depends on mine and everyone else’s schedules! Most sessions are in Lexington, KY but we do travel other places depending on what location we need!
It makes me really sad when my girls graduate and I like for this to be more like a giant family, so we also have alumni events each year where all current and past senior reps are invited! This lets you continue to make friends beyond just your class and also ask questions from the previous seniors about what they learned and what they recommend!
DO I HAVE TO GO TO A SPECIFIC HIGH SCHOOL?
A.Nope!!! I will take any high school senior girl from any high school in the Central Kentucky area! All group sessions are voluntary except for our first one (but who wants to miss them anyways?!) and your individual session can be planned for any location (travel fees apply).
HOW ARE THE REPS CHOSEN?
A.If you are interested in being a part of the team, you will reach out to me around November/December to set up a interview! I select the members of the team based on their personalities, involvement, social media presence, and most importantly, your love for Amber Sears Photography!
I'm looking for a variety of girls who match my brand, are genuine lovers of my business and the team, and are looking to be active participants. The team is only as fun as you make it so I want to fill it with girls who want to do as much with each other as they can!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT SELECTED?
A.I hate answering this question because I wish that I could take everyone that applies! Unfortunately I'm not able to select every girl that applies, but that doesn't mean we can't work together!
Being a ASP Senior Rep isn't the only way to be a #ASPSenior and I make sure to thank and appreciate all of the girls who take the time to fill out the application by giving them a little something for supporting me!
